Macro Connect connects AI products to their users' tools through each vendor's own remote MCP server and OAuth, using OAuth clients Macro Connect owns and operates. Macro's AI workspace (macro.com) is its first customer.
A user of a product built on Macro Connect chooses a tool to connect, such as a calendar or a project tracker, and signs in to that tool's own consent screen. Macro Connect stores the resulting OAuth tokens encrypted and uses them only to call that tool's MCP server when the user asks the product to act on their behalf. The user can disconnect at any time, which deletes the stored tokens.
Macro Connect can connect Google Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Analytics, and Search Console. It asks Google only for the access each product's tools need, and uses it only when you ask the connected product to act for you. The privacy policy lists what each one reads and why. Macro Connect's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
